I still see that fat fucking loser in the mirror every fucking day.
Also known as Anorexia my friend, it can be difficult. But here's an idea for you, instead of training for a look, train for a performance and fitness goal such as lifting a percentage of your bodyweight, or rowing 1km in a particular time.
